The roadway ahead for college stores has plenty of curves and not so many directional signs. However, the National Association of College Stores (NACS) Foundation research project—The College Store of 2015—conducted by Retail Forward, a Kantar Retail Company, offers insights, trend information, and a list of imperatives for college stores that want to improve their positioning for future success. The NACS Foundation invested $300,000 in the college store industry by partnering with Retail Forward to research, define, and promulgate the college store of 2015.
