College Store Industry Financial Survey

The NACS Financial Survey for FY 2011-12 is still OPEN!   Deadline EXTENDED to Dec. 28th

The NACS Financial Survey is open to all NACS store members in the U.S. and Canada. Full member stores are contacted in September each year by email when the survey begins. The email includes their lunique og in number, as well as the link to the online questionnaire. The survey deadline is in December. Any questions about the financial survey or industry report should be sent to Martha Love.

Frequently Asked Questions 

Stores that participate receive a free copy of the resulting Industry Report. Stores that do not complete the survey may order copies from The NACS Store. Member price is $399.

Customized Store Reports

Stores that participate in the survey can also make the most of their data by ordering a Customized Store Report for just $150. This report compares your store data to college stores in the same sales range and to stores serving similar institutions. It shows where your store did well, where you were in-line with other college stores, and areas where improvements may be possible.
