New Names and Organizational Changes
Barnes & Noble College Booksellers was chosen to operate the Quincy College Bookstore in the Galleria Presidents Place, a mixed-use facility in downtown Quincy, MA.
New Positions and Promotions
Stephanie Wong was promoted lifestyle marketing and publicity manager at Chronicle Books, where she has worked since 2011 as children’s marketing manager.
Awards and Achievements
Charles River Apparel received the Adventures in Advertising (AIA) Corp. 2014 Moving On Up Award in the gold-level apparel category. The award recognizes the fastest-growing AIA suppliers based on the percentage of their business growth.
Robbin Manor retired in July as general manager of the Spartan Bookstores, Michigan State University, East Lansing, after more than six years of service. She also worked for Bass Pro Shops, was national sales manager at Third Street Sportswear from 2003-2006, and served as manager and director of licensing for the Campus Shoppe, Lake Superior State University, Duluth, MN, from 1990-2003.
