The College Store MagazineThe College Store magazine is the official publication of NACS, and is the leading trade magazine for higher education retailers. Each issue explores timely and relevant topics of interest to collegiate retailers, shares ideas from other college store professionals, keeps members abreast of association events, expands readers' managerial skills, and encourages professional growth. The College Store strives to maintain the highest level of integrity and objectivity in its editorial coverage. The College Store magazine does not engage in the promotion or advancement of any one specific industry vendor over another, nor does it unduly promote the association's products and services beyond the scope of general newsworthiness.
The College Store magazine is published six times a year: January/February; March/April; May/June; July/August; September/October; and November/December. The College Store editorial and advertising offices are located at NACS headquarters in Oberlin, OH.
Distribution Every college store that is a member of NACS is eligible for one free copy for each $100 paid in dues. For example, if your store pays $600 annually in dues, you would be entitled to six complimentary copies of each issue of The College Store (additional copies can also be had at the annual member subscription price of $66 U.S.; $78 for non-members). Associate members (vendors) and non-member college stores each receive one free subscription. To claim copies of The College Store to which your store is entitled, or to purchase a subscription, contact the NACS Membership Department at membership@nacs.org.
