 Global Changes

  1. The entire model has been indexed so that each KSA may be referenced by an identifying number. Example: College Store Operations (CSO) - Financial Management - Understand fund accounting is referenced by "CSO.D.2". The College Store Operations domain is abbreviated by "CSO", Financial Management is sub-category "D", and "Understand fund accounting" is KSA statement "2".
  2. Given the changes occurring in the industry and the need for college stores to be efficient and effective retailers, the Retailing domain has been substantially reorganized and updated. Instead of listing all the changes and additions here, we suggest you view the entire domain to ensure you understand all that is expected of collegiate retailers in this skill area.
