Cancellations and Substitutions
In the event that you must cancel your registration and to receive a full refund of the registration fees, please notify NACS in writing by Friday, August 29. Cancellations made after this date will receive a refund of their registration fee LESS the cost of program curriculum materials. Sorry, we need cancellations in writing or via e-mail—no refunds can be accepted by telephone. If your plans change, we welcome substitutions.
