In order to receive a full refund, NACS must receive your written cancellation prior to April 27. After this date, anyone submitting written cancellation will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Please understand no refunds can be made based on telephone cancellations; only e-mail or letter cancellations will be accepted. Replacements are welcome.
