Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a full refund, NACS must receive your written cancellation prior to Jan. 19 for the Feb. 2-March 6, 2009 course and prior to May 4 for the May 18-June 19, 2009 course. Cancellations received after the deadline date will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Please understand no refunds can be made based on telephone cancellations; only e-mail or letter cancellations will be accepted. Replacements are welcome.
