Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a full refund, NACS must receive your written cancellation prior to Jan. 2, 2009 for the Jan. 19-Feb. 20, 2009 course and prior to June 29, 2009 for the July 13-Aug. 14, 2009 course. Cancellations received after the deadline date will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Please understand that no refunds can be made based on phone cancellations; only e-mail or letter cancellations will be accepted. Replacements are welcomed.
