Robert Laubscher has been promoted to executive vice president/chief operating officer at Tombow, Suwanee, GA.
Lara Mann is the new manager at Associated Students Bookstore, serving Western Washington University, Bellingham, WA. She was previously bookstore director at Southern Oregon University Bookstore, Ashland, where Tannia Shewman, assistant director/supply buyer is now serving as interim director.
Scott Viebranz is the new vice president of sales for Ingram Periodicals Inc., La Vergne, TN.
