Xtreme! 2013 takes you to the hottest and most competitive retail landscape in the country–Las Vegas. The 2013 program will immerse participants in consumer research, in-store application, and real-world retail exploration using a combination of content presentations, learning tours, and a closing synthesis session. Your time in Las Vegas may be maximized by taking advantage of one or both Bonus Opportunities, as well. Xtreme! 2013 will engage participants in exploring and refining the foundations to exemplary campus retail—understanding the core consumer, identifying product and merchandising strategies, and creating powerful customer service and brand experiences.
Xtreme! Las Vegas is designed as an immersive, experiential learning program on both strategic and tactical topics related to creating retail success in today’s competitive and rapidly changing environment. It is intended for campus store managers and directors, private store owners and senior staff, assistant/associate managers and directors, retail and product specialists, and campus administrators with responsibility for the campus store and other retail operations on campus.
The Xtreme! 2013 learning experience will close by engaging participants in reflection, creation, and documentation of strategies for elevating the retail operation and customer experience in their store. Participants will return renewed energy, fresh perspective, and creative strategies mapped out in their Personal Action Plan.
