1. Attend the Annual Exhibitor Meeting on Sunday, Feb. 27, 5:45-6:30 p.m. in the Exhibitor Lounge, Booth #239. Join NACS Associate Committee Members and NACS Expositions Staff. Refreshments will be served.
  2. Get FREE Pre-printed Customer Invitations.
    Tell your customers where to find you! E-mail expositions@nacs.org with “CAMEX pre-printed invitations” in the subject line. Send to the entire 2011 attendee list—purchase the list at The NACS Store.
  3. Need badges? Pre-register by Feb. 11 to avoid the lines. See Registration details.
  4. Visit Exhibitor Service Kit for move-in and move-out information, trade show hours, and all you need to know or order for your CAMEX booth.

  6. Get CAMEX official contractors, services, deadlines, and order processing information at CAMEX 2011 Deadline Dates/CAMEX Official Contractor (PDF) (ordering early may save you $).
  7. Driving your own booth and/or display merchandise to CAMEX? Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs) may drive directly to the GRBCC dock area and check in with Freeman staff for instructions on off-loading. Freeman’s POV Cart Service can assist you in getting freight from the dock, to your booth, and back.
  8. Exhibitors new to CAMEX are welcome to join us at the New Exhibitor Session on Saturday, Feb. 26 from 2-3 p.m. in Room #370 C/F.
  9. Donate your leftover items to the Kids in Need Foundation. Kids in Need staff will be available on show site near the Exhibitor Lounge, Booth #239, with donation forms, tax forms, and stickers for product donation boxes.
  10. Join us for coffee daily in the Exhibitor Lounge, Booth #239.
  11. Friendly reminder…children under the age of 18 are not permitted on the CAMEX show floor except during Family Hour, Monday, Feb. 28 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Children must first obtain a badge at Registration and be supervised at all times.
  12. Exhibitors are welcome to attend all educational sessions free of charge and may purchase tickets at Registration for special events—a great way to network with attendees off the trade show floor.
  13. ARAMARK Corporation has food and beverage distribution rights within the GRBCC. Please reference Sampling Form for details regarding authorization and associated lead times.
