The National Association of College Stores (NACS) is governed by a Board of Trustees, which consists of the president, the president-elect, the immediate past president, nine trustees elected by the store membership, two trustees elected by the associate membership, up to three trustees elected by the board, and the chairs of each subsidiary organization.
The Board of Trustees’ main role is to determine association policies or changes within the limits of the Bylaws. It also approves all appointments to the governing boards of all subsidiary organizations, who report up to the NACS Board of Trustees.
